WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair could not help but laugh after seeing the latest rumor about his personal life.
A social media post recently claimed the 77-year-old WWE Hall of Famer wants to get married for a sixth time and start a new family. There was just one problem with that rumor.
According to Flair, he has absolutely no idea who the supposed bride is.
The Nature Boy shared the post on Twitter and mocked the claim, joking that someone should probably introduce him to the next Mrs. Flair because, as far as he’s concerned, they haven’t even met.
“Can Someone Please Introduce Me To The Next Mrs. Flair Because, To My Knowledge, We Haven’t Met Yet! Obviously, I’m Not Starting A New Family.”
The rumor comes not long after Flair found himself clearing up another misunderstanding involving his personal life.
Earlier this month, fans speculated he and longtime partner Wendy Barlow had rekindled their relationship after the two were seen together again.
Flair later shut that down, explaining they had simply renewed their 34-year friendship and continue to live in separate homes while remaining close.
That probably led to even more speculation when the latest marriage rumor started making the rounds.
Flair has been married five times throughout his life, with marriages to Leslie Goodman, Elizabeth Harrell, Tiffany VanDemark, Jacqueline Beems and Wendy Barlow.
But if anyone was expecting wedding number six anytime soon, Flair says they got way ahead of themselves.
At 77, The Nature Boy seems far more amused than offended by the story. If there really is another Mrs. Flair waiting somewhere, it sounds like he’ll need an introduction first.
