We started posting in 2020 on what was then called Twitter and built an audience around getting wrestling news out faster than anyone else. That page keeps doing what it does and is the cornerstone of what is Wrestle Ops.
This website gives us the space for everything a social media post can’t hold. The build up before a show, the backstage detail behind a decision, the rumour with its history attached, the fallout once the dust settles. One brand, working in the places that suit each story.
Our team consists of individuals who have been watching wrestling as far back as 1990. That means we sat through the Monday Night Wars in real time, watched the NWO/WCW rise and then go under, were there for the early years of TNA and watched the launch of AEW. Trust us when we say we have opinions about most things you might bring up. That matters less for the news itself and more for everything around it. Knowing when a shock return is actually shocking and when it’s the fourth time they’ve run the same angle.
